Couples will provide their preferred months for the wedding and Yuan Zhong Siu will propose three ideal wedding dates.
The report will also include Auspicious Dates and Time for

• Betrothal Gift Ceremony (过大礼)
• Installation of the Bridal Bed (安床)
• Fetching of Bride from her parents’ house (迎接)
• Stepping into Groom’s parents’ house (过门)
• Return to the Bride’s parents’ house (回门)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What information do I need to provide?
We will require you to fill up a service form with your personal details, birth information, preferred wedding date range, wedding details, etc. The preferred wedding date range should be within a 6-9 months time frame so that we can fulfil your weekday/weekend preference (particularly for weekend). See question 6 in the below FAQ document. The longer the time frame given, the easier it will be to pick the ideal dates that are best for your wedding ceremony. 

Q: Why do I have to set a 6-9 month preferred wedding date range?
We will take reference to your preference and try our best to adhere to them. However, there are many factors involved to pick a good wedding date. One, the day has to be suitable for wedding celebratory activities (and there are a limited number of such auspicious days in a year). Additionally, the day cannot have clashing energies with the couple and both their parents. As such, the choices of a good date is limited and hard to find.

To pick the best date, the wedding time frame needs to be minimally 6-9 months for us to be able to cater to your requirements. In the event that the client has given a very short time frame along with many restrictions (eg Saturday/weekend only), there is a possibility that the final report does not match your requirements. We seek your kind understanding to know that our duty is to make sure we pick the best dates that will bless your union; and there may be a possibility of having both weekday and weekend recommended dates for your wedding (even if you requested for weekend only). In such a scenario, it means that we have look through ALL weekends and there are no good dates that fit your requirement. Only in such a scenario, we will suggest alternative dates.

Ultimately, you can trust that our final report will consist of the best Feng Shui date for your wedding ceremony. The dates selected will not have any clashing energies that could be detrimental to your union.

Q: In the event that I receive the report but do not like any of the dates recommended, can I request for a new set of dates?
Any re-selection of dates will be chargeable. We also advice clients to pick their wedding venue after the auspicious date for wedding report is out.
